Am I in Health and wellness because I am perfectly health 😲🙄🤣😉

My journey with natural health actually started with my mom!  I was blessed to be raised by an amazing woman who always looked for a way to keep my 3 sisters, Dad, and myself healthy! Lol even when it meant thinking outside the box and trying something that others thought was crazy!  Back then it was using Essential Oils, Natural Supplements, and Herbs! 

Now that I am a mom of my beautiful daughter, Tikvah, it is my turn! And I am not going to lie, this isn't the world I grew up in!  What you can catch now seems to hang on longer and be stronger! 

Plus now we are realizing that what we once thought was "clean" and helped keep a house clean, may be toxic! 🤦‍♀️

The good news is we are "fearfully & wonderfully" designed to be able to heal from pretty much anything! I truly believe that long before the toxic was created, the solution was created and waits for us in this amazing world we live in! So one of my passions is to help teach other how to use natural things to strengthen their health! 

Aside from my passion in health and wellness, I love spending time with friends and family playing games like Catan, Ticket to Ride and pinochle! I also love spending time in the kitchen baking and cooking!

Another passion is scuba diving! I learned to dive in the Red Sea and was blessed to teach scuba for a while in Florida!
